I took up photography seriously when I was 17, what followed was many years of
experimentation and lots of films!
5 years in training with a studio in Essex, learning the art of lighting for commercial,
advertising, fashion, portrait, glamour and artistic figure left me in a excellent position to
handle any photographic assignment.
I have spent the last 12 years undertaking commissions both private and commercial and
shooting for my own portfolio.
I have never stopped experimenting and strive to create better and better images. I
believe passionately in making images and love the creative medium of photography.
Currently I use two Nikon Professional Digital Cameras with a mix of Nikon and Sigma pro
lenses.
For location work I have 2 Nikon Speedlight and 2 Metz flash guns or for large indoor
locations I use Bowens studio flash. These can also be used with my portable background
to create a home studio if required.
In the studio I shoot straight (tethered) to an Apple Mac Book allowing the myself and my
subject to see the image and fine tune the pose lighting allowing me to get the image I
want.
I have access to a number of studios around East Anglia.
All post production work is done by me on a colour calibrated Apple Mac computer.
